Some of the notes that follow are noted in the shifter instruction sheet P/N 303008L for 2 speeds, and P/N 344008 for the 4 speeds. The cables should be installed and adjusted to the Atlas before installing into the JK.

After fitting both cables through the grommet, slide one cable at a time through the hole in the body. Pay attention to make sure that you get the cables under the aluminum dash structure. If using a 4 speed Atlas and a electric shifted reduction housing, install the wires through the grommet at this time. Once the cables are through, press the grommet into the hole.
